27 May, 2025The Board of Directors of Blanchardstown & District Credit Union Limited and Community Credit Union Limited are in a position to ask our members to approve the transfer of engagements of Blanchardstown & District Credit Union Limited to Community Credit Union Limited.

The Special Resolutions to approve the Transfer of Engagements will be voted onat the forthcoming Special General Meeting. The Transfer of Engagements issubject to the approval of the Central Bank.
The Boards of both Credit Unions are confident that the decision to combine Credit Unions will strengthen our position to be the most trusted, respected and preferred financial services provider for members, providing good value,modern, accessible and tailored services.
On completion of the proposed transfer of engagements, the common bond of Blanchardstown & District Credit Union will be extended to include all current members of Community Credit Union Ltd. The advantages for members are that the enlarged Credit Union will:
