Need help logging into your new CU App?

If you are having difficulty logging in to your new Credit Union app, don’t worry. We’re here to help!

If you have already registered for the new Community Credit Union app, great job. You should receive a confirmation email with the following details:

  • Username
  • Password
  • 8 digit PIN

If you have not yet downloaded the new app, or re-registered for online access, you can do so by clicking here.

Once you’ve logged into the app, you will be given the option to switch on your bio-metrics. This will allow you to log in with Face ID or Fingerprint, giving you fast and secure access to your account every time!
