What We Require From You

Outgoings

  • 3 months bank statements (most recent)
  • Credit card statement (if applicable)
  • Mortgage statement (if applicable)

Proof of Income

  • Employed - 2 recent pay-slips
  • Self-employed - Most recent set of accounts and latest tax returns OR Notice of self-assessment
  • Social Welfare – 2 recent payment receipts
  • Retired – Proof of all pensions

Identification

  • Photo ID - Passport, Driver's License or Student Card
  • Proof of Address - Recent Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Household/Motor Renewal Letter etc.
Please note: for Car Loans and other Special Rate loans we may need you to provide extra documentation eg: Proof of Purchase or Invoice.

How to Submit Your Documents

  • How to submit documents: 1. Drop them into any of our offices. 2. Emailing them in PDF format to loans@communitycu.ie (emailing personal information is at your own risk) 3. By faxing them – Find our fax numbers on the contact page.

Special Rate Loans

  • For Special Rate Loans we may require some extra documentation from you. For Car Loans 10k+ we require a quote from the dealership or proof of purchase. For Home Improvement Loans 15k+ we require a quote for the work that's being done. All Special Rate loans must be paid be Direct Debit.
