With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) now in the Republic of Ireland, we are conscious some Members may wish to avoid coming into our offices to conduct their business.

We would like to advise Members that our offices in Navan Road, Blanchardstown Town Centre, West Cabra and Laurel Lodge will remain open to provide member services, however, we would like to remind Members that most credit union services are available online and through our Call Centre.

We have made some changes to the opening hours of our offices.  The changes are as follows:

We have opened the Blanchardstown Town Centre and West Cabra offices earlier on Fridays and Saturdays to allow our older and vulnerable members the chance to make their transactions.

We ask that, where possible, you do not bring children into the office.

Navan Road:

Laurel Lodge:                                                       No change

In the interest of health and safety, and with immediate effect, Members will no longer be able to make an appointment to speak with a member of staff in the interview rooms.  All office transactions may only take place at the counter area.

In the event of the unavailability of public access to our offices, please note that all electronic payments, such as Direct Debits and Standing Orders, will continue to be processed.

We will continue to issue updates on our website www.communitycu.ie and our social media channels Facebook and Twitter.

  • Saturday: 09.30 to 2.00 pm, or

You can complete a loan application via the online portal if you have full account access, however, the credit agreement must be completed in one of our offices.

I would like to transact online and I am registered for online services?

Please note that there are two levels of online access:

  • View only access,
  • Full account access.

If your online current access only provides you with the ability to view account balances and transactions and you would like to avail of an upgrade to our enhanced facilities, which provides the option to transfer money between your credit union account and bank accounts without coming into our offices, please email webadmin@communitycu.ie and we will forward you an application form. This upgrade may be completed via email.

I would like to transact online but I am not yet registered for online services?

Register for online services here by simply completing the “Member Registration” form.  Please note it may take up to 5 business days to receive your PIN to avail of online services.

I am registered for online services but forgot my login details?

I want to make a loan payment?

You can make a loan payment over the phone.

Call us on 01 869 2500, our phone lines are open 5 days a week during the following hours:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 09.30 am to 5.00 pm
  • Friday: 09.30 am to 00 pm
  • Saturday: 09.30 am to 00 pm

You may also transfer funds electronically from your bank account to your credit union account using the personal IBAN located in your online portal.  The reference provided should be LOAN.

I have physical money or a cheque to lodge into my account, however, I am worried about visiting an office?

Our offices have express lodgement services.  You can place your money or cheque in the special envelope provided together with a completed “express lodgement slip” and place the envelope in the express lodgement box.  This allows you to minimise the time spent in an office.

If you do need to visit an office, please observe the safety notice/advice from the HSE.
